By visiting our site, submitting an inquiry, purchasing a service, or entering into a membership agreement, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

II. Scope of services

The Grow Food Company provides consultation, design, installation, and professional management of regenerative landscapes, including food forests and edible estates.

All project timelines, deliverables, and warranties are defined in written proposals or membership agreements specific to each client.

III. GENERAL Disclaimer

Our content and services are intended for educational and informational purposes related to ecological landscape development.


We do not provide legal, engineering, or financial advice. All design and ecological recommendations are made based on observed site conditions and client-supplied information. You are responsible for decisions made based on our guidance.

IV. CLIENT responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information during consultations and on intake forms.

  • Ensure property access and site readiness as agreed upon in your proposal.

  • Communicate clearly and promptly about any changes or concerns.

  • Comply with all local regulations, HOA requirements, or property restrictions that may affect installation.

Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in delays, additional charges, or termination of service.

V. Community Participation & Conduct

When engaging with our online community, events, or educational platforms, you agree to:

  • Interact respectfully with others.

  • Refrain from harassment, solicitation, or disruptive behavior.

  • Not share private or proprietary materials outside the group.

Violation of these standards may result in removal from the community or membership program without refund.

VI. Intellectual Property

All designs, documents, educational materials, digital content, and branded media created by The Grow Food Company are protected intellectual property.


You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any of our content without written consent.


Completed landscape designs and installations remain the creative and proprietary work of The Grow Food Company, even after project completion.

VII. Payments, Refunds & Cancellations

Payment terms, deposit requirements, and refund policies are outlined in each project proposal or membership agreement.

  • Deposits are non-refundable once scheduling and design work have begun.

  • Memberships are billed monthly or quarterly and may be canceled with 30 days’ written notice before the next billing cycle.

  • Late or missed payments may result in suspension of service.

Refunds are handled case-by-case and are generally limited to unused or unrendered services.

VIII. Warranties & Limitations

We stand by our workmanship and plant material as described in your specific agreement.


However, natural systems are inherently variable. We cannot guarantee outcomes influenced by climate, soil, pests, or acts of nature.


To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Grow Food Company is not liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from service use or landscape performance.

IX. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any project or membership if:

  • Payments are delinquent

  • Site access is denied

  • Terms or safety protocols are violated

In such cases, all work performed to date remains billable.

X. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, where The Grow Food Company is headquartered.


Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Osceola County, Florida.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, feedback or suggestions may be used in our marketing or operations without obligation or compensation.
